Who you will work with
Kelly Digital Solutions is Stephen Kelly: a New Orleans designer, video editor, and composer who also builds websites and the systems behind them. He started the studio in 2018 and works directly with every client.
Most clients come for one thing and stay for the rest. A business that's happy with its website comes back for a poster, a promo video, or help with its email, and Stephen is the first call because he can do all of it, and do it well.
He's also a working musician. As Steve Kelly, he's a singer, songwriter, and producer with twenty years on New Orleans stages, and he's the one writing the music for your project.
When a job calls for something he doesn't do himself, like shooting new video or network installation, a trusted collaborator joins under his direction. You still deal with one person.

How much does it cost?
Film transfer has set prices, starting at $29 a reel. Everything else is quoted to the job: small one-off work gets a quick quote by email or a quick call, and larger projects get a written proposal after a free first conversation.
How does payment work?
Larger projects are billed in two parts: a 50% deposit to begin and the balance on delivery. Smaller one-off jobs, such as a poster or a single delivery, are billed as one flat fee.
How long does it take?
Small jobs like a poster, a round of logo concepts, or a batch of photo edits usually take about a week. Larger projects get a timeline in the proposal, and film transfer takes about two weeks. Rush turnaround is available for an added fee.
Can you take over a website I already have?
Yes. WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, Wix, or a custom-built site: Stephen can take over the updates, hosting, security, and fixes, or redesign it when you're ready.
Do I own the finished work?
Ownership is agreed up front in the proposal, and it's flexible. Typically you own your website, domain, logos, and design files once the final invoice is paid. For original music, the rights or license are set to fit how you'll use it.
Do you only work in New Orleans?
No. The studio is based in New Orleans and works with clients across the country. Design, websites, video, music, and systems work happen just as well remotely. Film drop-off is in New Orleans, and reels can be mailed in from anywhere.
